Robyn Chreene MSN, APRN, FNP-C, CNC
Robyn is a Holistic Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Elevated Health & Wellness PLLC. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Arkansas and brings a strong clinical foundation to her functional, root-cause approach to care.
Robyn specializes in hormone optimization and comprehensive weight management, helping clients restore balance, improve metabolic health, and feel at home in their bodies again. As a Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, she blends evidence-based nutrition with functional medicine principles to create sustainable, personalized strategies for each individual.
Committed to ongoing learning, Robyn has completed advanced training through the Institute of Functional Medicine and the School of Applied Functional Medicine, focusing extensively on hormone health, metabolism, and the interconnected systems that drive overall wellness.
Above all, Robyn is passionate about educating and empowering her clients giving them the tools, confidence, and clarity they need to take control of their physical and mental health to create lasting change.
