Our Mission
At Elevated Health & Wellness PLLC, we provide holistic healthcare via telehealth to the state of Arkansas. We provide functional medicine services and diagnostic testing to help look for the root cause of your symptoms and disease processes. We also offer an integrative medicine approach for weight management. We offer compounded Semaglutide and Tirzepatide weight loss injections to be utilized as part of a comprehensive weight management program. Our program works to uncover the underlying factors of obesity such as stress, hormones, environment, diet, and lifestyle. This helps to ensure that your weight loss and health are sustainable and not just temporary! We are here to help YOU achieve your optimal level of health and wellness.
Our Provider
Robyn Chreene MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Robyn completed her undergraduate degree at Henderson State University. She worked in emergency medicine for over a decade as an RN before going back to school to become a Nurse Practitioner. She graduated in 2019 from University of Central Arkansas with her MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
After many years of working in the conventional medicine world, Robyn became weary of simply treating patient's symptoms and never seeing much improvement in their true level of health. The relief was usually only temporary. Her time was limited with patients due to corporate scheduling. Once she obtained Full Independent Practice through the state of Arkansas, she decided that it was time to begin her journey to provide healthcare in a manner that allowed her to take time with her patients and work to truly heal them.
She has completed additional training in functional medicine with both the Institute of Functional Medicine as well as the School of Applied Functional Medicine. She has special interest in helping women to balance their hormones both naturally and with bioidentical hormone replacement. Robyn has always had a passion for fitness and nutrition. Through Elevated Health & Wellness she hopes to bring hope, inspiration and true health to her patients.

Comprehensive Weight Management
Arkansas virtual weight management where we offer an integrative medicine approach to weight management. We don't just promote diet, exercise and medications. We look for WHY you are struggling with obesity. We offer compounded Semaglutide and Tirzepatide that can be shipped right to your door from Empower Pharmacy! All weight management visits are conducted via telehealth. You must reside in the state of Arkansas. You will complete a screening visit with our provider to determine if you are an appropriate candidate. Labs will be ordered at that time or you can provide us with labs you have had completed within the last 30 days for review! You will then have monthly follow ups to track your progress, make adjustments and provide encouragement! Pricing can be found through our booking link!
Women's Hormone Optimization
With hormone optimization we will discuss your sex hormones, adrenals and thyroid! We take an integrative approach to optimizing your hormones. We offer lifestyle coaching, herbal supplement recommendations as well as prescription hormone replacements. At this time we do not have the ability to prescribe testosterone replacement therapy.
